 Curtain
|
| These lightweight, continuous curtain roll-up steel shutters are formed from deep-corrugated hot-dipped galvanized steel. They are primed and then finished with silicone polyester paint for beauty and durability.

| Bottom angle assembly
|
| The bottom angle assembly includes a heavy-duty steel angle, extruded aluminum bottom bar and replaceable tubular-type vinyl astragal. |
| Oil-Tempered Steel Springs
|
| An oil-tempered steel spring is engineered to counterbalance different shutter sizes and weights for smooth, easy operation. The spring is shot peened to increase strength and add cycle life to the spring. |
| Steel slide bolt assembly
|
| Steel slide-bolt assemblies, fabricated of heavy-duty steel, are located at each inside bottom corner to secure the shutter in its fully closed position. For added security both slide bolts also accept padlocks. A sliding mini curtain lock is also available for securing the shutter from the outside. |
| Roll-up shutter guides
|
| This door has roll-up shutter guides that are extruded aluminum, 2" wide. DS-50 guides install to masonry, steel or wood construction equally well. |
| Polpropylene Anti-Wear Strips
|
| Polypropylene anti-wear strips come factory-installed as continuous guides for sliding metal parts, providing quieter operations and longer service life. |
| Door Stop
|
| Automatic door stops prevent the shutter from rollign up past the header.

| Optional Tension-Pro
|
 |
Tension-Pro allows adjustments to be made to the counterbalance easily and safely. No special tools are needed. No pins to align or risk of tension being released. It uses a standard pipe wrench to tighten or loosen tension. One person can adjust the door in about a minute. |
| Warranty
|
| Wayne-Dalton Corp. and its subsidiaries back all of their doors and fittings with a LIMITED WARRANTY against defects in materials and workmanship. Paint has a limited warranty to hold up agaist weather induced chipping, cracking, and peeling for 25 years. Refer to each color for the number of years warranted not to chalk or change color. A copy of this warranty is available upon request.
